There is a cozy bedroom with a double bed for the grown-ups and in the children's room there is room for two in a bunk bed. In addition, the summer house has two adjoining living rooms, one of which is a relaxed living room with sofa and a 55-inch SmartTV. The second living room is a dining room with direct access to the newly built wooden terrace. On the terrace there is garden furniture, sunbeds, an outdoor fireplace, gas grill, charcoal grill and an outdoor kitchen, which together invite you to long cozy evenings.

The bathroom is undergoing a major renovation in the winter of 2024, so that there will be heat in the floor and a washing column. As the bathroom is today, it is fully functional with toilet, sink and shower.

The summer house is located on a beautiful forest plot of 2500 m2. At the same time, you are only 300 meters from a fantastic bathing beach, which you often have more or less to yourself.

The Bakkarøgeriet and Nexø Golf Course are only 1.5 kilometers away from the cottage, shopping opportunities can be found in Pedersker Brugs only 3 kilometers away.
