Casa vacanze in Nr Lyngby Strand

Well-equipped holiday cottage located on a large plot in coastal area approx. 5 km north of Løkken. The house was built in 1975, modernised and extended in 1996, and includes an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace), bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna. There is a carport and several open terraces. The decor is personal in the famous Danish cottage style. The living room is very spacious with a dining area in the kitchen and sitting area at the exit to the terrace. From the terrace you head directly onto the plot, which is partially surrounded by vegetation. Much of the land is sown with grass and thus good for games and sports. There is a garden grill, so the warm summer evenings can be spent with fun around the grill and outdoor dining. For children there is a swing and a football goal.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
