A holiday cottage approx. 5 minutes from the sea, close to sand dunes. The house is located on a 1045 m² large plot. The house has been renovated continuously, last in 2015. There are wooden floors in nearly all rooms except bathroom and scullery. The kitchen has a good inflow of light from three corners and has a door out to the terrace. Large, bright living room with a fireplace, large windows and view of the garden towards the south. Access a covered terrace from there. Two of the bedrooms has double glass doors to the northern garden. The garden has old oak trees with roses and comfortable seating areas. No letting to youth groups.
