Lovely house with perfect location by the sea where you can enjoy the sea view and the small sandy beach that is just below the house.

You also have walking distance along the sea to larger, more visited beaches if desired, Vita Sand Norrut and Sandvik Söderut.

Something that is usually appreciated is to enjoy breakfast on the terrace or in the lounge furniture to enjoy the sunrise that is so beautifully reflected in Kalmar Sound.

Then take a nice morning walk along the sea and maybe even a nice dip in the sea.

The house is fresh and has plenty of sleeping space. You have a bedroom with a double bed where there is also a travel cot for smaller children to fold up if needed. There is another bedroom in the house with 2 bunk beds (4 beds). The kitchen is open with a nice dining area and kitchen island with seating, sofa and Smart TV. The sofa can be made up to a double sofa bed. Then there is another bunk bed out in the small guest house if desired. So there are a total of 10 beds, but the house is better suited for 8 people.

The kitchen and toilet are of a slightly older standard but it is fresh and you have everything you could need.

In the garden there is a lot of work for children, with both trampoline, sandbox and swing set. There are also sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. Barbecue and smoke are also available for those who wish. The house is equipped with free wifi.

Directly directly below the house is the slightly more private beach which summer time is equipped with jetty and bathing ladder. There is also a playground.

Along the sea goes the Möreleden. If you follow it North, you will come to beautiful Vita sand (1Km), where there is an ice cream kiosk, mini golf course, volleyball court etc. If you follow it south just a few 100 meters, you will come to Sandvik's bathing place.

La Famiglia in Vassmolösa is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy Italian food in a lovely Mediterranean-inspired garden.

You only have 20 km to Kalmar. There are lots to discover here, such as Kalmar Castle, the County Museum or why not just stroll around the nice city. There is a large selection of shopping and restaurants here.

There are bus connections to and from Kalmar from the top of the main road. Skälby Farm with its animals and large playgrounds is usually popular to visit for families with children.

You are close to Öland, the sun and the island of winds with wonderful swimming, sights and Öland Zoo. You have 1.7 miles to Möre golf club where there is also a paddle. 1.4 km to Stufvenäs Gästgifveri, known for its fine food and its luxurious spa. Örarevet is a 2km long pebble sauce that is interesting to visit. Cozy country store located in Norra Hagby.
