Holiday cottage located on a 700 m² natural plot with lawn. 10 m² open and 30 m² covered terrace. The house includes a large open concept living room and kitchen with wood-burning stove, flatscreen-TV, internet and PlayStation3 with games. Bathroom and large scullery with washer and extra wash basin. The house is brightly decorated with tiled floors and underfloor heating throughout the house. Large, bright bedroom with double bed and TV. Two bedrooms with single beds and 20 m² mezzanine for the children to enjoy. There are various activities e.g. football goal, darts etc. You can roast marshmallows at the bonfire in the garden. An outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower have also been established. There is an electric charger for electric car Type 2 - IEC 62196-2 No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
