In the scenic area Bratten between Skagen and Frederikshavn you will find this holiday cottage on a large natural plot with plenty of sunlight. Large and spacious hallway, large bedroom with an extra bed, bedroom with bunk beds for 4 people and a bedroom with a double bed. Bright bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. The open concept kitchen has dining area and an elevated desk with stools. The living room has a wood-burning stove and exit to the terrace. The sunlight through the large windows from south and west means the house is very bright. There is a swing, football goal and trampoline (use at your own risk). Approx 300 metres to a shared playground. In summer it is 300 metres to the grocer's.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
