There is under-floor heating included in the rent all over the house and free firewood for the wood-burning stove. Therefore you only pay for electricity and hot water, as the heating of the cottage is included in the rent. Allinge-Sandvig, the idyllic twin towns, are just nearby with their shops and restaurants.
