Each house in the plot has a covered as well as an open terrace with garden furniture. From the ground floor you have views of the water. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white appliances, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer and cooker with ceramic hobs. The living room is furnished with a stove, radio and television.
