The house is located at the popular Lyngsbæk Strand overlooking the Bay of Ebeltoft. The view can be enjoyed from the living room and from the terrace where it is possible to find a good corner while the kids play on the large lawn or in the sandpit.

The house has a large pool room with both shower, sauna and whirlpool so even in bad weather or if the ocean is too cold you can enjoy the water and make the pool room the active site of the cottage.

From the living room you have direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is in open plan with the living room and is the focal point of the cottage. From here you can see into the pool room through the glass door and keep a watchful eye.

From the garden you can simply cross the road and you will find the beach right on the other side. The beach is ideal for both children and adults.
