The house is located next to a small plantation area, and a shared playground with swings and other play equipment can be found nearby.

The house is not rented to youth groups.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
