Lovely holiday home on a lovely plot with sun and shelter in Egense, which is where the Limfjord and Kattegat meet. From here it is 10 minutes by ferry to the cozy port town of Hals, and close to the ferry berth in Egense is a cozy marina and a small beach facing the sea. The beautiful black-painted log house is surrounded by large terraces, of which approx. 20 m2 is covered, so there is plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air of the evening, even if the weather is not at its best. The cozy living room, which has a wood burning stove and a heat pump, has access to the covered terrace and is in open connection with the dining area and the practically furnished kitchen, which has a dishwasher. There is Apple TV with access to Danish and German Channels. There is a nice bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and adjoined to one of the bedrooms is a toilet with a sink. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 double rooms, 1 room with a double sofa bed, and a bunk room. Maxmum capacity is 6 people.
