Welcome to a cozy cottage area near the summer town of Lysekil. Within walking distance to swimming, this house is located on a beautiful hilly plot. You are greeted by a large inviting terrace at the front where you should sit and have breakfast on hot days. The cottage's interior is homely with elements of 60's charm.

You are welcomed into a small hall with the bathroom directly to the right. There is a large shower / WC with washing machine. To the left is a bedroom with a built-in bunk bed. Next to this room there is another bedroom with a double bed 180 cm. From the hall you enter directly into the third bedroom with two single beds. Here you have a view of the beautiful garden. You are then welcomed into a large bright living room integrated with an open floor plan to the kitchen area. Sit and enjoy the fireplace after days of salty baths from the rocks. You can buy firewood if needed. Dining area for 8 people and with a comfortable sofa that can be made into a sofa bed. From the living room there is access to the back large terrace with pergola.

Lysekil and the surrounding area has a lot to offer during the summer season and has a perfect geographical location if you want to experience Bohuslän with the fine archipelago towns both to the north and south. A day trip to the nice park "Nordens Ark" where endangered animals have a sanctuary about 20 km.
