Cozy Holiday Home - Beautiful Location in Nature. 1500 m² Enclosure for the Family Dog

This charming holiday home is situated on a 5000 m² natural plot in the scenic Lyngså area. Here, you and your family can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house.

The house is built on undulating terrain, which means there are steps up to the large, sunny terrace, from which you also have access to the house. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the birds sing and planning the day's adventures.

On the vast grounds, there is plenty of space for children to play and explore. Here they will find various play equipment that can keep them entertained for hours, while the adults relax in the garden. The house is 65 m² and features two cozy bedrooms. The large bedroom, which is two steps down, is equipped with a comfortable double bed. The other room has a 3/4 bed (140 cm wide), perfect for a good night's sleep.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Here you will find, among other things, a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and more. From the kitchen, you step into the cozy living room, which features a delightful dining area with a wood stove (free firewood) creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here, the family can gather for dinner, play board games, or simply relax with a good book in the comfortable sofa arrangement.

Outside, there are plenty of opportunities for fun and play. The garden is equipped with a swing where the children can spend hours playing, and a cozy fire pit where the whole family can gather on a beautiful summer evening. Here you can roast marshmallows, tell stories, and enjoy the clear night sky.

Area:
The Lyngså area is a wonderful place if you want a holiday in peace and quiet. From the house, it is about 1500 meters to the beautiful sandy bathing beach.
A few kilometers from Lyngså, in the village of Voerså, there is a small natural harbor, and by the coast, there is a larger harbor protected by Denmark's longest mole. Canoes, pedal boats, and rowboats can be rented for a pleasant day on the water. There are also plenty of opportunities for fishing – from the mole or in the stream. In the stream, you can catch trout, perch, and flounder, but remember to buy a fishing license (you can buy fishing licenses at the Sæby Tourist Office). The idyllic town of Sæby is about 10 km north of Lyngså, where you can visit art galleries, enjoy a good meal in one of the charming harbor restaurants, or just go shopping in the town's shops.

A little further north is Frederikshavn – the port town with one of Denmark's longest pedestrian streets. Along the pedestrian street and in the side streets, you will find many shops, cafés, and a wide selection of restaurants. The children will love a day at the large indoor playground "Fun House," in the Caribbean water park "The Reef," or the exotic palm beach – all in Frederikshavn.

Here at the top of Denmark, families with children have plenty of exciting experiences and attractions to choose from. A little south of Aalbæk is the family park Farm Fun, a cozy animal park with a playground where you can meet all the farm animals as well as kangaroos, emus, pot-bellied pigs, peacocks, and many other animals. At the North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals, you can experience the North Sea's marine life up close in Northern Europe's largest aquarium. During a visit to Eagleworld, also known as Ørnereservatet, you can experience eagles and other birds of prey in the wild. The children will love a day at Fårup Sommerland, the large amusement park near Blokhus on the west coast. The beautiful Voergaard Castle, said to be haunted by several ghosts, is also well worth a visit.
