This building has both private holiday apartments and apartments for rent. Units 39808 and 39807 were renovated in 2013 and are located on the 1st floor with direct access to the large dock. Unit 39807 is the apartment to the far right corner of the building and 39805 is right next to it. The apartments have comfortable furniture. One bedroom has frame mattresses that can be used as a double bed or single beds. The other bedroom has bunk beds. No window in one of the bedrooms. Large bathroom. Living room with an open kitchen section. Comfortable leather couch and a great view of the dock, harbour and fjord. Every apartment has a private, covered deck space in front of the living room. You can rent a shared sauna (100 NOK per turn) and it fits 8 people if you reserve a private session. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available. NB! Electricity and final cleaning is included in the rent. Bed linens and towels are NOK 150 per set. A cot is NOK 200 and the high chair is free. Must be booked in advance. You can rent several boats, like the 17 ft boat with 30 hp motor, steering wheel and rodholder. You can rent a sonar, NOK 500 a week. Kayaks and canoes are also for rent. These boats can be booked by other guests as well, so book your boat(s) well in advance if you want a bigger selection. A large fish cleaning room with several tables and a shared freezer. A river with salmon and trout runs right by the house. The guests of unit 39807 can fish for salmon from the terrace! The house is located by a sheltered lagoon, so you can go fishing here even when you have rough weather further out on the coast. The units are famous among German fishers and has many regular costumers. 2 km to a bathing spot and beach volleyball nets. Hiking trails nearby and in the mountains.
