On a nearly 8000 m² natural plot, situated in the first row of dunes by the child-friendly beach in Lyngså, you will find this charming summer house with a picturesque view of the dunes. The house offers a private path that leads directly to the sea.

The summer house itself is of an older vintage, giving it an authentic and cozy atmosphere. It is ideal for a family of four. The children can sleep safely and comfortably in the room with a spacious bunk bed (195 x 80 cm), while the parents have their own bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

The kitchen is separate and practically furnished with modern facilities, including a washing machine. From the dining area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the dunes, creating an idyllic backdrop during meals. The adjoining living room is equipped with a cozy wood stove, ensuring warmth and comfort on cool evenings or rainy days.

A few steps down lead to a bright and inviting TV room facing southwest. From here, there is access to a lovely, covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun and enjoying cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends.

The east-facing terrace is elevated above the terrain, and from here you can unobstructed enjoy the beautiful landscape with dunes on the horizon. The sound of the sea's roar creates a soothing background music, enhancing the feeling of peace and tranquility.

No rental to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.
Distance to the coast: 50 meters.
Free parking - it is not possible to charge electric cars.
Ability to watch German, Scandinavian, and TV2 channels.

THE AREA:
Lyngså Beach is one of the best beaches on the east coast. There are dunes, and the beach is wide. Here, children can play undisturbed in the sand and at the water's edge. If you wish to experience a bit of culture, it is not far to Voergaard Castle, where you can encounter live storytelling during the summer's medieval days, which the children will surely enjoy.

It is about 4 km to the village of Voerså. Here, East Vendsyssel's largest river, Voer Å, flows into the sea. The river is also known for being one of the best fishing waters in the area. In Voerså, you can also rent canoes, pedal boats, or rowboats.

The area is about 10 km south of the cozy market town of Sæby. An ideal vacation spot for the family who wants to stay in peaceful surroundings by a child-friendly beach and still be close to activities and attractions. In Sæby, you will find the monastery church of St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from the year 1900, as well as the Coastal Museum, Sæby water mill, and several different artisans.

On the outskirts of Sæby, there is a beautiful 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

The town of Frederikshavn is a bit north of Sæby, with an art museum, Bangsbo Botanical Garden, and the Gunpowder Tower. Continuing north from here to Skagen, you can experience the environment of the Skagen painters up close, as well as Grenen, where Kattegat and Skagerrak meet.

On the west coast in Hirtshals, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, is worth a visit.
