Lovely House for 7 People near Bratten Beach

Not far from the local (summer) grocery store, playground, and the child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty, lies this charming holiday home of 84 m², which is ideal for a family vacation.

On the spacious plot of over 3000 m², there is plenty of room for ball games and outdoor play. There is also a swing and a sandbox that will delight the youngest guests.

The house was renovated in 2015 and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, spread across three cozy bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the second a three-quarter bed, and the third is equipped with a bunk bed and a single bed.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and is openly connected to the dining area and the living room, which is a few steps down. In the living room, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy and warm atmosphere on cooler evenings. A lovely bay window opens the room to the beautiful outdoor area, bringing nature closer.

The south, southwest, and west-facing terraces offer sun from morning to evening, making them perfect for relaxation and outdoor dining. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the first rays of the sun or end the day with dinner in the golden evening light.

The house also includes a large carport that protects the car from wind and weather.

This holiday home offers an ideal combination of comfort, charm, and functionality, and with its location close to the beach, playground, and grocery store, it is the perfect base for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

THE AREA:
10 km north of Frederikshavn is the area of Bratten Beach, a popular holiday destination for families. Here there is a fantastic child-friendly sandy beach and good bathing water. The holiday home area is scenic, and most houses are located on large plots, so you can enjoy the nature around you.
Frederikshavn is a larger town with a large ferry port. The town offers music, culture, events, a long pedestrian street with a wide selection of shops and cozy cafes, as well as fishing opportunities from the piers or in Elling Å and Bangsbo Å.
The nature around Frederikshavn can be enjoyed by bike or on foot. There are many hiking trails through the most beautiful landscapes. Especially the Bangsbo area on the southern outskirts of the town invites an excursion. The Bangsbo Manor is now set up as a museum, which has several departments showing exhibitions about the occupation and World War II, marine archaeology, and shipping. The medieval Ellingå ship can also be seen.
