Welcome to Stöten in Sälen in beautiful Dalarna with its well-known Dala horses, Vasaloppet both in winter and summer, Mora-Nisse and knee pads. Here you live in a newly built and fresh semi-detached house, Nordklint 4, with sauna and many wonderful nature experiences await nearby.

The cottage has a lovely atmosphere and modern decor. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a large dining area for nice dinners together. Bathroom with toilet & shower and sauna with its own exit to the terrace if you want to cool off. Two bedrooms are on the lower floor, one of the rooms has a large bunk bed where the lower bed is 160cm and the upper bed 120cm. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (80 / 80cm). The living room has a sofa and armchairs as well as a cozy wood burning stove to enjoy in the evening or during a little cooler summer and autumn evenings.

Upstairs are the remaining beds. A double bed (160cm) and a bunk bed (160 / 120cm). There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower and a cozy living room. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke indoors and a cleaning fee will be charged with 4000.- if the ban has not been respected. Youth gangs cannot book this accommodation. 1 adult in each cottage throughout the stay.

Stöten is only a couple of miles from the Norwegian border if you want to visit Norway. 300 meters from the cottage is Stöten Camping which is open all year round. Here you can rent a canoe, buy a fishing license and get tips on where it sucks best. Please read more at A couple of miles away is Rörbäcksnäs which has fantastic cycling routes for mountain biking, fine fishing and a good swimming area.

Sälen is fantastic to visit during the green season. Here you can pick berries according to the season, see moose, fallow deer, red deer, wild boar and maybe even brown bears. We can warmly recommend a day trip to Orsa Rovdjurspark if you want to see polar bears, leopards or camel bears that can be up to 3 meters high. Do not forget to take a dip at Experium, which is by far Dalarna's by far the best adventure pool located on Lindvallen.
