The cottage is located on a large plot with both lawn for play and games as well as a natural plot bordering the forest. Here are good chances to meet both small game and moose.

The cottage has a kitchen with dining area, wood stove, living room with sofa bed and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed as well as a sofa bed and the other a double bed. Bathroom with shower and in the annex there is an outside toilet with washbasin. The water in the cottage is not drinkable.

To Triasjön you have only 500 m. Here is a swimming area with jetty and the lake offers good fishing for pike and perch. Take the opportunity and rent a rowing boat from the owner for wonderful swimming and fishing trips.

This part of Sweden is called Glasriket and taking an excursion to one or more of the glassworks gives you opportunities to shop for glass in one of the outlet stores. Visit Kalmar with Kalmar Castle and cross the Öland Bridge to beautiful Öland with its large summer country. A full day excursion to Astrid Lindgren's world at Vimmerby is an appreciated excursion for the children. The archipelago islands along the coast in Östra Småland are a pleasant experience, as is the beautiful old Strandvägen to Mönsterås.
