Newly built (2018), fresh little cottage with rural and seafront location on eastern Tjörn. Ideal for a couple who want to live close to the sea and many attractions on both Tjörn and Orust.

The cottage has a high position with a nice view of the area. You have a nice paved patio with outdoor furniture bordering the mountains. The cottage houses a modern kitchen with a real dining table, sofa bed 140 x 200 cm and a fresh fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. Viasat channels are available.

At a few minutes drive there are several good bathing places, the nearest is Gunneby bay with sandy beach, rocks and jetty. Many fine archipelago communities in the immediate area such as Kyrkesund, Skärhamn and Klädesholmen. The nearest service point is Kållekärr, 3 km. If you are interested in golf, you only have 500 m to Tjörns Golfklubb, which also has a good restaurant in case you want to avoid cooking some evening.

The cottage is located 5-10 m from the owner's house and has a large oven that may not be used on its own. Smoking is also prohibited on the plot. High chair available on request.
