A holiday cottage close to town and approx. 400 metres from the beach. The house sits on a 1000 m² large sand dune plot with a large terrace from 2007. This is one of Denmark's finest cottage areas. When you sit on the terrace you can hear the sea. A low forest surrounds the house, thus you can relax in a secluded location. No letting to youth groups.
