The house is for the small family, who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The ocean can be seen from the terrace, so you have the opportunity to follow a part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 townhouses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (outdoor areas).
