A lovely holiday home with four lovely double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 50 m2 southern turned terrace. Lovely centrally location with a short distance to the art museum of Skagen, Sønderstrand and the marina.

Smart and nicely furnished holiday home with room for eight people. 

This 142 m2 holiday home is perfect for a large family. There is four bedroom and two bathrooms so there won't be a large que at the bathroom in the morning. A kitchen-dining area with a lovely dining table where you can play a game of cards or perhaps a cardboard game or simply enjoy a nice meal together around the table. The sofa corner is furnished with a flat screen TV and a black leather couch. One of the double bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor the rest is on the 1 floor. 

The light and friendly atmosphere is continuum through the house. The house has a beautiful white painted wooden floor, white ceiling, white walls and furniture in light nuances and blue nuances bringing a lovely, light and cozy style to the home. The house was renovated in 2015 and now appears modernized and ready to fit the frames of your next holiday in Skagen. 

From the holiday home there is 800 meters to the popular beach at Sønderstrand with the bascular lighthouse. Nearby you will also find the bakery Krages Bageri where you can buy freshly baked bread and perhaps some sweets for dessert. Back home at the holiday home you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the terrace. 

The holiday home is located a short walk away from shopping opportunities and restaurants. You can rent a bicycle and enjoy Skagen on biking through the many crocked and beautiful streets. Grenen where the two seas meet at the point of Denmark is also a visit worth. Grenen is only 3 km away from the holiday home and there is a bicycling trail all the way out to Grenen. A nice lunch can be enjoyed on the marina where the summer months brings a lively environment to the marina and all restaurants along the docks is open. You can also enjoy a lunch in the historical surroundings at Brøndums Hotel. Skagen Bryghus (the brewery) also serve a nice lunch or you can enjoy a lovely locally brewed beer. 

If you wish to take an excursion there is plenty of opportunities in the area. You can visit Råbjerg Mile - Denmarks largest migrating dune, that wanders 15 meters towards north/east every year. It is also possible to play some golf at the Golf Club Hvide Klit. Or perhaps take a trip on horseback along the shore (Langergaard with Icelandic horses). You can also visit EagleWorld in Tversted where you can experience the large birds of prey or visit the North Sea Oceanarium where you can experience seals and other ocean creatures of the North Sea.
