With a lovely ocean view and a spacious interior, where the whole family can gather around spending some quality time together.  About the home: The outside facilities include a large tiled southern turned terrace with garden furniture and in extension of the terrace there is a high-located wooden terrace. Furthermore, a private yard, an outside shower convenient after a swim in the ocean 150 meters away and a garden with rosehip roses.  The holiday home consists of two buildings. The main house with 6 bedrooms and a guest house with two sleeping places.  The 178 m2 is divided into two levels. Lovely surroundings with plenty of room for a large family. Lovely, light, completely kept in white and with a gorgeous light from the many windows and terrace doors. The house is simple, rustic and very functionally furnished -everything you need for a magnificent holiday.  The large kitchen-dining-living room on the 1 floor of the house is the gathering point and heart of the house. Here you will find a kitchen with all modern facilities needed, a gorgeous oceanview and a lovely dining area with plenty of room for enjoying a meal together and watch the sunset. Opposite from the kitchen there is a cozy living room department with a sofa, coffee table and television. Furthermore, a brick fireplace that brings lots og warmth and light over the room.  The holiday home includes four bedrooms all with direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom includes a double bed and direct access to the large bathroom with a shower and bathtub/jacuzzi. Another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a smart cabino bed there can be used as both as single bed or a double bed and the fourth bedroom includes two single beds (90 x 200cm) and is located in the guest house. The second bathroom includes a shower and the scullery is the house washing central with a washing machine and dryer. From the main floor to the 1. floor there is a lovely spiral staircase.  The area of Gl. Skagen gives you plenty of opportunities to take some lovely strolls in the neighborhood or bicycle around. On the beach you can spend some time tanning, swimming or playing in the sand. You can enjoy a tasty lunch on the terrace at Hyttefadet or on Ruths Hotel a few hundred meters away from the home. As a guest in Skagen a visit to Grenen is a must experience while in the area. Skagen town center includes a wide selection of retail shops, the art museum of Skagen, Anchers house and Kystmuseet (the local history museum) and south from Skagen you will reach Råbjerg Mile-Denmarks largest migrating dune.  For the active guests there is good mountain biking possibilities in the area and Skagen MBT-trail (13,6 km) is located 3 km away. You can also choose to play a tennis match at Skagen Tennis club also 3 km away from the holiday home. You can also play golf at the Golf Club Hvide Klit located 15 km south from Skagen. Frederikshavn, Hirtshals, Hjørring, Sindal and Sæby golf Clubs is also located in the area in a radius og 40 km from Skagen.
