Suitable for a family with children, with walking distance to the beach and many opportunities for fun and games outside. Göteborg and famous amusement park Liseberg, summer town Varberg and renowned shopping destination Ullared are all within easy reach. Fantastic lawn outside the house where the children can play safely away from traffic.

The house is on the owner’s property in a pleasant neighborhood a couple of hundred meters from the Kungsbackafjorden shore. At the back of the house is a patio for enjoying your morning coffee, and in the evenings a smaller balcony makes for a cozy retreat.

A smaller hallway leads to the kitchen in an open plan with the living room; this room has a spacious feel. Bedroom with good storage and space for a portable baby bed. Bunk bed where the bottom bunk is 140 cm and an extra bed with a thicker mattress (see picture).

A short walk away and easy to reach is Enen beach, perfect for the morning swim as well as an evening bath. 2 adult bicycles are available to borrow, so do bring bikes for the kids and go for an adventure.
