Welcome to a holiday home that offers both space and a prime location. This modern city villa with annex is ideal for large families or several couples who want to enjoy Skagen together.

With 165 m² spread over five bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of room and no queuing for the shower. The interior is bright and modern with white walls, ceilings and floors as well as an all-white kitchen. Black details such as furniture, stair treads and the classic black-and-white floor give the house a stylish look.

At the heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living area with wood-burning stove, dining area and cosy sofa corner with wall-mounted TV. Here everyone can gather for cooking, games and relaxation. From the living area, double patio doors lead out to a large wooden terrace and courtyard with white garden furniture, parasol and grill – perfect for sunny lunches and warm summer evenings.

Sleeping spaces are divided between three rooms in the main house and two in the annex, so both children and adults can find their favourite spot. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and washbasin, and in the main house there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the balcony on the first floor there is a view of Skagen Church’s tower, and the location puts everything within walking distance. Skagen Marina, shops, galleries and restaurants are just around the corner, Skagen Bryghus with local beer and live music only 100 metres away, and children will love the swimming pool, skate park and playgrounds nearby.

No rental to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the entire rental period.
Parking space for one car directly at the holiday home. On the street in front of the house there is space for two more cars.
Large south-facing enclosed courtyard (100 m²) with wooden decking.
The dining table can be extended. Extra leaves and extra chairs are available so it can seat 10 people.
Fixed consumption surcharge for electricity, water and heating.

Wood-burning stove available. Please bring your own dry firewood.
Bedrooms: Annex: 2 bedrooms with double beds (2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) placed together as a double bed). Main house: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with ¾ bed (140 x 200 cm) and 1 room with sofa bed.
