The house is not rented to craftsmen. The house is located in a scenic area close to the river Gudenå, where there is fishing. In the house there are 3 bedrooms, kitchen-living room in conjunction with a delicious light living room with a wood burning stove and 2 toilets, one of which is with shower and spa. There is a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine in the house. The house has wireless internet (purchase). There is an activity room with table football, Wii and darts in the annex. In the annex there are 2 additional sleeping beds in the form of sofa bed, these are not registered. In Teglgårdsparken there is a communal pool area from mid-May to late August (free of charge), large newly renovated playground, grocery store and restaurant. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the river Guden where there is also fishing.
