The window also has an exit to the large terrace that surrounds most of the house.The combined living and dining room is in open connection to the well-appointed kitchen. From the living room there is a staircase leading to the large, fenced mezzanine which is a play area for the children. The house has i.a. washer, wood-burning stove, energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, free internet and cable TV. Besides the bathroom there are 3 bedrooms. There is a loft with a single bed. No letting to youth groups.
