Spacious holiday cottage with 2 bathrooms of which one has whirlpool and sauna. The house is located at the wide Grønhøj Strand on a natural plot in scenic and secluded surroundings. Open concept kitchen and living room with exit to the terrace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Furnished in typical Danish style with modern and tasteful furnishings and large window sections facing south which provide great lighting and a comfortable atmosphere. There is a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings as well as cheap heating. All tile floors have underfloor heating. Both open and covered terrace. The house is located at the end of a large natural plot surrounded by plantings. There is a sandpit for the small children. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
