The house is located only 70 metres from the sea in a direct line, with a secluded location and scenic surroundings. The house has been extended and renovated several times, last in 2005.

The house is tastefully furnished with furniture and equipment of high quality, and a modern and classic design. Enjoy the wonderful view of the fjord and harbour in this peaceful area. The wood-fuelled bath barrel is located on one of the terraces, where you can enjoy a warm bath after fishing. There is also a gas barbecue.

There are boats of different sizes available for rent by Foreneset Marina, only a few minute's walk away. There are life jackets of different sizes and several fish cleaning tables.
