Beautifully situated stone cottage, spread over 2 floors and located on a sloping lot with a view of Aarhus Bay and Øer Maritime Holiday Village. The house is well-maintained and furnished with good furniture. On the first floor, there is access from the living/kitchen area to a large, covered terrace. On the ground floor, there are 3 rooms with access to terraces and cozy corners. The 3 rooms are equipped with new box beds. The living room features a wood stove, TV with satellite dish (Astra), DVD player, and stereo system with CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with a 40-liter freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink. Additionally, the house has an open terrace with garden furniture. Heating is provided via electricity, and there is internet access.
