Casa vacanze in Grønhøj

Spacious holiday cottage located on a large, enclosed natural plot at the popular Grønhøj Strand. The house was built in 1995, renovated through the years and modernised. Layout with bright living room in open concept with the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine and bathroom with underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. One bedroom has elevation bed. The house is well-equipped and there is a heat pump and wood-burning stove for cheap heating. There is an extra fridge/freezer. Both covered and open terrace surrounding the house. Large, level natural plot with grass with plenty of room for the children to play or you can sunbathe or have barbecues. There is a fire place with benches.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
