Cozy and homely holiday home of 65 m2 situated on a 2500 m2 large plot. The house was built in 1985 and appears nicely and maintained.
The holiday home consists of a lovely renovated (2022) kitchen-family room with various white goods and a cozy dining area. From here there is direct access to a bright and lovely living room with tasteful furniture and woodburning stove. In the house there is a bathroom with shower and floor heating and access to sauna. The holiday home is furnished with three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed. There is room for a total of five people. There are wooden floors in the house, and free firewood for the stove. It is also allowed to bring a pet, and smoking is not allowed.
From the living room there is direct access to a lovely open 80 m² large terrace and 8 m² covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. In the garden there are swings that are common with the house next door (house no. 065257).
The holiday home is just 830 m from the beautiful Tornby Beach, where there is ample opportunity for a cool dip, windsurfing, sunbathing on the wide white beach or a stroll on the beach.
There are only 3300 meters to Hirtshals. There are plenty of opportunities to go shopping, restaurant or café visits, harbor visits, visits to artists and much, much more.
