Cozy little holiday home on Kajsvej in Lyngså with space for 4, close to a child-friendly sandy beach.

This cozy little summer house is situated on a lovely natural plot just 500 meters from Lyngså beach, a delightful child-friendly sandy beach.

The house was renovated in 2014 and is small but functionally furnished and well-utilized with its 40 m². The house includes a kitchen/living room with a dining area and a sofa corner with a view of the garden, which means that the heart of the house invites coziness and closeness with your loved ones.

From the living room, there is access to an open terrace where there is space to sit and relax, play in the sandbox, or grill.

On the other side of the house, there is a covered terrace where there are also good opportunities to sit and relax and enjoy the sun.

The house has sleeping accommodations for 4 and is ideal for a family with children, as 2 of the house's single beds are narrow.

THE AREA:

The summer house is located in the holiday home area Lyngså, about 10 km south of Sæby. An ideal holiday destination for the family who wants to stay in peaceful surroundings at a child-friendly beach and yet close to activities and attractions. The house's 2 bicycles, which are available, also provide a great opportunity to get around. In Sæby, a cozy maritime atmosphere with cafes and shops in the marina awaits. In the center of the town, there are pedestrian streets with many retail shops and supermarkets. The old town with Algade, Fiskerstien, and the area around the church down to the harbor with all the well-preserved old houses is also an experience. Sæby also offers a beautiful 18-hole golf course and an inviting beach promenade that starts at the harbor and goes about 2 km north past Sæby's holiday home area.

In North Jutland, there are many exciting sights and attractions for the whole family. In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower and Bangsbo area are worth a visit, and if you drive further north to Skagen, the Skagen Museums, the Grey Lighthouse, and Grenen are must-sees. On the west coast of North Jutland, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, the Oceanarium, is an experience.
