Cozy holiday home located on a natural plot, partially surrounded by trees. From the house, there is a view of the open landscape. In 2018, the house underwent a renovation of the living room and the two bedrooms, which now have 2 good beds in each room that can be pushed together to form a double bed.

The house appears bright and friendly and offers comfortable furnishings, a spacious kitchen/living room with a wood-burning stove, and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Good natural light gives the living room a special charm and coziness. Firewood for the stove is available at the house and is free. A heat pump has been installed in the house.

There is a TV with YouSee, as well as ChromeCast and Satellite. The house is 400 meters from the child-friendly sandy beach and Kattegat.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals to youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.

Free parking - it is not possible to charge an electric car.

THE AREA:
The quiet area here is characterized by a variety of beach, sea, forest, and fields. There are many paths through the holiday home area that leads to the beach. There are good opportunities to find amber and other interesting beach finds.
If you like fishing, Lyngså Beach is one of the most used beaches for flatfish fishing. The stretch begins at Nørreklit, passes Sønderklit with good parking facilities and a toilet, and continues down to the Transformer station north of Voerså. In Voerså, you can also enjoy a trip on Voer Å in a rented canoe or pedal boat.
At Lyngså beach, there are also good opportunities to find amber and interesting beach finds, such as razor clams, pelican foot shells, and conch shells.
