Lovely little holiday home on natural plot in quiet surroundings in Lyngså

Lovely summer house located on a natural plot in peaceful surroundings, close to the child-friendly wide sandy beach.
This smaller summer house, renovated in 2008, is functionally furnished with its 70 m², providing ample space for a cozy family vacation.

When you step into the house, you enter directly into a hallway with open access to the heart of the house, the living room and lounge. From there, there is access to the kitchen, which can be opened to the outside.

In the living room, there is a dining table and several sofa groups, allowing you to be together while still doing something individually in the room. There is also a wood-burning stove, which adds warmth and coziness on cool days.

There are four bedrooms in the house, two of them with narrow bunk beds, and one with a sofa bed. The house accommodates six people, but the distribution of the bedrooms allows for three generations to vacation together.

From the living room, there is access to a partially covered terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings, sunbathe, and grill.

In the garden, surrounded by trees, there is plenty of space to play on the lawn.

GOOD TO KNOW:

No rental to youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

THE AREA:

The area of Lyngså is located about 10 km south of the cozy market town of Sæby. An ideal holiday spot for the family who wants to stay in peaceful surroundings by a child-friendly beach and still be close to activities and attractions. In Sæby, there are several sights and attractions, as well as a wide range of retail shops and eateries in the pedestrian streets and at the harbor. Frederikshavn is a bit north of Sæby, and if you continue north to Skagen, both towns also have several interesting attractions, shops, and eateries. All three towns have a large selection of supermarkets when shopping for the holiday meals.
