The house was renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail. The bright and inviting decor makes you feel at home immediately. The small but highly functional kitchen is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it easy to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. Imagine the smell of freshly baked bread or a tasty dinner as you gather around the dining table.
The large, lovely living room is the heart of the house. Here you will find a cozy bar with bar stools, perfect for enjoying a good drink or a cup of coffee. The living room also offers soft sofas where you can relax with a good book or a movie. When the weather is nice, you can step directly out onto the terrace from the living room. Here, you can relax in the sun, grill a delicious dinner, and enjoy the long summer evenings under the open sky.
The house has three good bedrooms with a total of six sleeping places. The bedrooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, so everyone gets a good night's sleep. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings ensure that you wake up refreshed and well-rested every morning, ready for new adventures.
The bathroom is more than just a place for quick showers. Here you will also find a sauna, where you can let the day's tensions melt away. After a session in the sauna, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to enjoy the holiday to the fullest.
If there are children on the holiday, they will love the garden. With swings and a sandbox, there are plenty of opportunities for play and fun. While the children play, the adults can relax on the terrace or take a quiet walk in the scenic surroundings.

THE AREA:
The house is close to the beach and sea at Lyngså beach.
A few kilometers from Lyngså, in the village of Voerså, there is a small natural harbor and a slightly larger harbor at the coast, protected by Denmark's longest mole. Canoes, pedal boats, and rowing boats can be rented here for a cozy day on the water. There is also ample opportunity for fishing – from the mole or in the river. In the river, you can catch trout, perch, and flounder, but remember to buy a fishing license and permit (you can buy a fishing license at the Sæby Tourist Office). The idyllic Sæby is about 10 km north of Lyngså, where you can visit art galleries, enjoy a good meal at one of the restaurants by the charming harbor, or just go shopping in the town's shops.
A bit further north is Frederikshavn – the port city with one of Denmark's longest pedestrian streets. Along the pedestrian street and in the side streets, you will find many shops, cafés, and a rich selection of restaurants. Children will love a day at the large indoor playground "Fun House," the Caribbean water park "The Reef," or the exotic palm beach – all in Frederikshavn.
In North Jutland, you will find many exciting sights and attractions. The Coastal Museum has branches in both Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen, telling stories about life by the coast then and now. In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower is also an experience, and the lookout point in the Bangsbo area offers a great view over the city in good weather. In Skagen, you must experience Grenen.
Here at the top of Denmark, families with children have plenty of exciting experiences and attractions to choose from. A little south of Aalbæk lies the family park Farm Fun, a cozy animal park with a playland where you can meet all the farm's animals as well as kangaroos, emus, pot-bellied pigs, peacocks, and many other animals. In the North Sea Oceanarium in Hirtshals, you can experience the North Sea's marine life up close in Northern Europe's largest aquarium. During a visit to Eagleworld, also called the Eagle Reserve, you can experience eagles and other birds of prey in the wild. Children will love a day at Fårup Sommerland, the large amusement park near Blokhus on the west coast. Also, the beautiful Voergaard Castle, said to be haunted by several ghosts, is worth a visit.
