The house features an open and brand-new kitchen, living room, and dining area combined, with a wood-burning stove to warm the room on cooler days. Additionally, there is a charming small alcove in the living room.

The property is located just 200 meters from the dunes leading to the child-friendly beach. The house sits on a large plot, perfect for children's play and ample space for ball games.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.
Free parking - charging electric cars is not possible.
