Casa vacanze in Skagen

A cozy black holiday house with a lovely small terrace and a yard, located on a large nature property in Gl. Skagen -in short distance to the lovely beaches and "Solnedgangspladsen".  The holiday home is a lovely, older, black-wooden house from 1966. A lovely little home where the decoration, furniture and colors lead you back to the 1960's.  The kitchen dining room is the very center of the house. The small kitchen arrangement is furnished with a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Furthermore, a lovely little dining-living room area with a dining table and a sofa corner with a flat screen television, tv bench and multiple chairs so the family can gather around the coffee table for a game of cards. From the kitchen-dining room there is a direct access to the terrace.  The house is suitable for six people but there are eight sleeping places available, divided upon three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms is furnished with a 3/4 bed and the last one is furnished with two bunkbeds. Furthermore, one small bathroom is available with a sink, toilet and a shower. The surroundings invite you to spend time outside in the Gl. Skagen area. In short distance to the holiday home you will find the old beacon on a hill top, a known landmark in Gl. Skagen. Back in the days, there usually were multiple beacons in the area, but the one in Gl. Skagen is the only one who survived. The sandburied church and the nature history museum (only opened in the summer) is located a short three-minute walk away from the holiday home. Grenen, the very top of Denmark -where the two oceans Skagerrak and Kattegat meet is also a visit worth and Skagen town center with the art museum of Skagen, the many retail shops, cafés and restaurants is also recommendable. The marina with the old "Bindesbøll" fish storage houses that now is driven as restaurants is located near the pedestrian street and is a lovely place to enjoy a lunch.  Additional information: Pets are allowed Free parking is available by the holiday home. There is no WIFI available in the house. One small bathroom with a shower. A refrigerator with a freezer box. There is no dishwasher in the holiday home. A wooden terrace and a yard are available. Electric heating consumption fee is read through the meter upon arrival/departure.  Final cleaning is available for an extra fee. Nearest grocery shop: Meny, 1000 meters away from the holiday home. Public transportation: Frederikshavnsvej train stop. 1,7 km away from the holiday home. Train connection between Aalborg and Skagen every hour during the day.  In the summer months there is a city bus available between Gl. Skagen and Skagen town.
