The holiday apartment with its five bedrooms is arranged in the basement of the house. Two bedrooms with a double bed (two single beds placed together as a double bed), three bedrooms with a single bed each. Three of the five bedrooms are furnished with a wall-mounted TV screen. Kitchenette with fridge, stove w/oven and a small dining area. Also, a bathroom with two separate areas - a part dedicated to the shower and a part for the toilet and sink. There is access to a courtyard with afternoon sun. The home is best suited for five people, but there are beds for a total of seven people.

The holiday home is close to the city's vibrant life, the many cafes, Skagen Marina and restaurants with parties and music during the summer weeks. And from the home you have only five minutes’ walk to the pedestrian street with the many retail shops.

Kulturhus Kappelborg with skating rink, cinema and live concerts is also just a short walk from the holiday home. Skagen Bryghus (brewery), where you can enjoy a locally brewed beer, can also be reached on foot. A trip to Grenen, Denmark's outermost tip, where the seas Skagerrak and Kattegat meet, should also make your holiday to-do list.

One dog is welcome.
For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rental for youth groups. The tenant must be over 25 and be present for the entire rental period.
Parking on the road in front of the house.
There is no dishwasher in the home.
Fixed consumption supplement for electricity, water and heat per day.
Final cleaning can be purchased additionally.
Cleaning of the garden grill is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the tenant (also in case of ordered or mandatory final cleaning)

Small courtyard on the north side of the house, which is shared with the guests in the apartment on the first floor of the house. The courtyard is furnished with a garden table, garden chairs and a barbecue.
