In short walking distance of the marina with the beautiful old "Bindesbøll" fishware houses, you will find this bright apartment – one of three apartments in a previous oceanfront house. 

Private entrance from the ground floor, form the hallway there is a staircase leading to the 1st floor. The holiday home has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a combined living and dining room with a TV corner and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds pushed together as a double bed and the additional two is furnished with two single beds. All the beds measure 90 x 200 cm. In the living room there is two sofa beds. The apartment is perfect for six people, but there is sleeping capacity for eight people.

The small courtyard with garden furniture is shared with the tenants in the basement apartment.

Once you have parked the car by the holiday home, everything can be reached by foot. The many retail stores, restaurants and cafés is just around the corner. In the summer months the streets a filled with music and life. The many museums such as: the art museum of Skagen, Anchers house and Kystmuseet (the local history museum) can easily be reached by foot. Grenen, where the two seas, Kattegatand Skagerrak, meet is located approximately an hour away by foot or a short drive by car from the holiday home.

For guests booking via Airbnb, a dog fee is charged, which is paid directly to the owner after the booking.

GOOD TO KNOW:
No rentals for youth groups. Tenant must be 25 years of age and present throughout the rental period.
One parking space on the road in front of the house.
Fixed consumption surcharge for electricity, water and heating per. day.
Final cleaning can be purchased.
Cleaning of the barbecue is not included in the price and is the responsibility of the tenant (also for ordered or mandatory final cleaning).
Beds: 2 bedrooms, each with its own double bed (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm placed together as a double bed), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Small courtyard on the north side of the house, which is shared with the guests in the basement apartment. The courtyard is furnished with garden tables, garden chairs and a barbecue.
