The holiday home is surrounded by a huge lush green lawn and several strategically placed terraces, that make it easy to find the perfect spot for basking in the sun. The garden is a Shangri-la for young children, as it features, a large lawn fitted with a sandbox, swingset as well as a small jungle gym.

Wonderfully lit and spacious, this 2. storey plan holiday home has ample space for a large family. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen/dininig area furnished with modern facilities as well as a lovely living room where the family can gather together along with a large dining area with direct access to a high ground terrace with patio furniture. The ground floor additionally features a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The lower floor features 2 double bedrooms along with an additional bedroom which has a doublebed and a single bed. Additionally, on the lower floor a bathroom with a shower and toilet can be found.

The terrace and garden is ideal for enjoying a meal or two outside during the warm summer evening.

The house is situated in such a fashion that several of Skagen's attractions can be reached either on foot or by bike. Grenen, where you can enjoy a trip with Sandorden (the sand worm) is a lovely experience, is no more than 3 km away. on your way there, you pass the Grey Lighthouse Center for Migratory Birds where the top of the lighthouse offers the most amazing view of the top of Denmark and its beautiful natur.

Skagen city centre with a wide selection of retail stores, The Art Museum of Skagen and the marina at Bindesbøll Fiskepakhusene is bearly 1 km from the holiday home.
