Welcome to this lovely house set right by the coast on the west side of Öland. It includes a beautiful, 2000 square metre garden with a covered terrace. It is set only 240 metres from the beach, known as “Öland's Riviera” because of how quickly the water heats to a pleasant temperature.

The interior of the house is well kept, with many large windows making it light and airy whilst giving you a stunning view of the beach. The kitchen and living room are open plan and there is a TV and a lovely fireplace in the living room. There are three bedrooms. One features a double bed, the other a sofa bed for two, and the third bedroom contains a sofa bed for one. The bathroom features a WC, a wash basin and a shower.

Öland offers an array of sights and activities. The castle of Borgholm is well worth a visit. Families with young children will enjoy Öland's Zoo with it's animals and it's water park. Greby Gokart is a lot of fun for children and it is about 10 kilometres from the house. Why not visit the 1,3 kilometres long beach in Köpingsvik? The northern part of it is adjusted to be suitable for the disabled and has a ramp. At Gröndal's camping there is a big play ground by the bathing area, perfect for families with small children! There is also a bakery and a grocery story by the camping area.
