Cottage in Santa Maria

Situato vicino a Lucignano, nel cuore della Toscana, l'Appartamento Noceto offre un rifugio tranquillo immerso nella natura. Questo grazioso cottage si trova a breve distanza in auto da Arezzo, Siena, Firenze e persino dall'Umbria, il che lo rende un'ottima base per gite culturali giornaliere. Arredata in stile tradizionale toscano, la casa offre un'atmosfera calda e accogliente per un massimo di 4 persone, ed è dotata di Wi-Fi e aria condizionata.

La casa è immersa in un ampio giardino ricco di alberi da frutto e offre una vista panoramica sulle dolci colline toscane. Gli ospiti possono rilassarsi a bordo della piscina recintata in comune o gustare pasti all'aperto sotto il gazebo. Un'area barbecue, mobili da giardino e uno spazio privato parzialmente recintato creano l'ambiente perfetto per serate rilassanti. I proprietari, che vivono sul posto, si occupano quotidianamente della manutenzione del barbecue e sono lieti di offrire una calorosa ospitalità tutto l'anno.

Internamente, la casa dispone di un accogliente soggiorno con camino decorativo, una cucina ben attrezzata, due camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli) e due bagni, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia. Gli ospiti possono anche trascorrere il tempo libero con una partita a calcio balilla o a biliardo. Per un'esperienza speciale, degustazioni di olio d'oliva e corsi di cucina italiana possono essere organizzati direttamente con il proprietario.

All you can see in the Agriturismo is the result of the work of the Sacchi's family. We have started the activity some years ago, always maintaining the same ideas and methods.
In our Agriturismo you have the opportunity to taste our products, to know the original savours of Tuscany.
OUR EGGS
We have two big gardens, one where the Agriturismo stands, and an other not far from here.

OUR OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA
Olive oil is, together with wine, what makes our region so famous throughout Italy and abroad. It is obtained from the olive tree, native to the Mediterranean basin and our particular variety, called Extra-virgin, is of higher quality, coming just from virgin oil production, it is produced by the use of mechanical means only, with no chemical treatment.

Our olive oil is obtained from trees in the fields of “Maestà Rotta\" in Lucignano . It is an Extra-virgin oil of excellent quality, that maintains high level of the nutrients of the olive.

THE HONEY

We directly produce the honey you find at the Agriturismo, without addition of preservatives, flavorings or coloring. It smells of different flowers in the several varieties, depending on the fields where we put the beehives and the period of the year. In our garden, they are surrounded by the vineyard and the orchard.

You cannot miss taking the opportunity to try the match between honey and Tuscan cheese, with the honey complementing the salty nature of cheese, one of the best specialty of our region. You can have it served as tasting in the Agriturismo.
