Welcome to this very nice villa with a fantastic location on the shore of a small lake and with the city of Borås only 15 minutes drive away.

Your holiday villa is the perfect accommodation for generations, perhaps a family with a small child + grandparents. Or perhaps for couples of friends with their own small child. Inside the villa itself there are 2 nice bedrooms, one with a door out to the balcony and lake view! In the fresh guest cottage there is another comfortable double bed. In both houses there are also very fresh bathrooms with a toilet and shower in each (both toilets are connected to a closed tank, so you are asked to be economical with the flushing).

The floor plan is open with a living room and kitchen in one unit. The furniture is very good and the kitchen equipment is completely upgraded and modern. In addition to this, you also have an absolutely fantastic glazed conservatory, facing the lake. Here you are guaranteed to spend many long evenings and it is always fantastic to sit here regardless of the weather! In connection with the glazed outdoor space there is also a large lake terrace under the open sky where you can move out when the weather is at its best.

From your cottage you are close to the shopping city of Borås, where you should not miss the zoo. You are also not far from Gothenburg, where you can reach it in about 1 hour.
