The indoor swimming pool is the extra luxury of this classic Swedish holiday home! You live close to both forest and lake, with only about 200 meters to the lake Röasjön.
Welcome to a lovely holiday home on a large (about 9.000 m2) plot with an indoor pool of 32 m2.
The house is only 30 km away from the popular town Halmstad.
The house has a swing for the children. There are 7 really good sleeping places and also a sofa bed in the living room, which fits 1 adult or 2 children. There are a total of 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 single beds.
If you want to fish for rainbow trout, it can be done approx. 5 km from the house (for a fee).
There is plenty to see in the area, both in the forests and near the sea.
A deposit of SEK 1,500 – alternatively Euro 150 – is paid directly to the owner at the house.
