This lovely and tastefully decorated, quality holiday home is located on a nice plot surrounded by tall trees near Nykøbing Lyng, and not far from neither Rørvig nor Nykøbing Sjælland, The fine sandy beach, Skærbystrand, lies only approx. 700 m from the holiday home. You are welcome to bring your dog on holiday.

The kitchen is in open connection with the lovely, well-furnished living room, which has a woodburning stove and TV with Danish channels. Free wireless internet and Chromecast.

The house also has a heat pump. There are two bedrooms. The one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has under-floor heating, and the house also has a washing machine.

The whole plot is fenced with an approx. 60 cm high fence.

The house is personally decorated and the owner emphasizes that things are in order and expects the tenants to do the same. There is a large, open 50 m2 terrasse and of course garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
