This stunning and newly renovated holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern comfort and a cozy atmosphere. The house feels brand new after an extensive renovation both inside and out, and as an extra bonus, an impressive communal room of approximately 80 m² has been added.

The large communal room is the heart of the home, featuring a stylish, ultra-modern kitchen with a warm and inviting design. Here, you will find exclusive and functional appliances, including a sleek side-by-side fridge/freezer, providing ample space for food and plenty of cold drinks on warm summer days.

The dining and living areas blend seamlessly, creating a spacious and bright atmosphere where family and friends can gather. The new wood-burning stove adds extra warmth and coziness on chilly days, while large windows allow natural light to flood in.

This holiday home is the ideal choice for those seeking a modern and comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings.

The house has four stylish bedrooms. Three of them are furnished with comfortable ¾ beds, while the fourth has a double bed. The largest bedroom features a practical built-in wardrobe, and additional storage space is available in the hallway and entrance area. The other rooms are equipped with smart solutions such as hooks and small dressers, ensuring optimal functionality.

Outside, the home offers a wonderful wooden terrace facing west and south – perfect for long summer evenings. Here, you will find everything you need to enjoy outdoor living: a grill, garden furniture, parasols, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower on the eastern side of the house, ideal for rinsing off the salt water after a swim in the sea.

The garden is enclosed and surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a private and relaxing atmosphere. Here you’ll find a football net, a trampoline, a badminton net, and a swing.

The area:
Bratten Beach offers an endless stretch of white sandy beach, dunes, heathland, and forests for walking. There is also a long bathing pier with platforms.

The summer shop, grill bar, and large playground are just 800 meters from the holiday home.

Strandby is located nearby and offers a charming harbor atmosphere. You can enjoy a delicious lunch and maybe even witness a fish auction at 7:00 in the morning, where everyone is welcome.

For more city life, Frederikshavn is not far away. Here, you will find Denmark’s only palm beach, which is perfect for small children due to its shallow water. Right next to it is the famous ice cream shop, making it a great family destination. On rainy days, we recommend visiting the large indoor play center "Funhouse" in northern Frederikshavn.

Vendsyssel offers plenty of experiences and is a great base for exploring the towns along the east coast. Aalborg, Sæby, Skagen, Råbjerg Mile, or even Fårup Sommerland – with its expanded water park and new thrilling attractions every year – ensure bigger, wilder, and more exciting adventures.
