This very special holiday home, built in 2025, is situated on a beautiful natural plot. Naturally, as required by the rules in this region, it is brick-built and has a thatched roof. From the beautiful south-facing terrace you have access to the sauna house with its large windows. Try what it's like to sit in the warmth and look up at the starry sky. Of course, you can also enjoy the night sky from the bubbling outdoor whirlpool with its fine massage jets - the choice is yours.
Layout
This cosily furnished house also offers many surprising details inside. The living room and kitchen are connected as a generously proportioned communal space and the panoramic windows let in plenty of light. It's here, the whole family is together ... cooking, playing and watching TV. You have 2 beautiful bathrooms at your disposal, one of which has a bathtub, a shower, and direct access to the large south-facing terrace with outdoor whirlpool. Good to know: the second bathroom has a double shower and you have direct access from the master bedroom. There are also 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, which also has a small desk in case you want to check your emails or the children want to play or draw.
 
All in all, this is a fantastic house in a great location. You can be at the beach, the small shop and the ice-cream parlour in next to no time.
