With its 31 square metres, the home is designed to create an intimate and cosy atmosphere. It accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for a couple seeking a touch of extra luxury, while still offering space for two additional guests if needed. The sleeping arrangements are cleverly designed, featuring a large, inviting double bed and a loft area with two mattresses – perfect for children or guests who enjoy a slightly different sleeping experience and don’t mind climbing up to bed.
The kitchenette is not only practical but also a visual delight with its elegant olive-green finish. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including two different coffee machines, so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it. The bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower, perfect for a refreshing rinse after a day of adventures.
Outside, the property offers a delightful terrace that becomes the natural gathering point of your summer holiday. Partially covered, it allows you to enjoy outdoor living on sunny days as well as under the evening sky. The terrace is furnished with plenty of garden furniture, and to top it all off, a grill is ready to complete the perfect summer atmosphere.
The guest house can be combined with the main house (020318), accommodating 4 guests. Both units – main house and annex – can be rented together under 020320.

During your stay in Skagen, a visit to Old Skagen is highly recommended, with its iconic seaside hotels, beautiful beaches, and the Sunset Square, where both locals and visitors gather each evening to admire the stunning sunsets over the North Sea.
