Modernised holiday cottage located on a large and completely secluded natural plot in quiet, scenic surroundings at Saltum Strand. In 2013, the house has new floors and kitchen, bright and contemporary. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is carport and open terrace. Personal and tasteful furnishings in the typical Danish cottage style. The living room is spacious and bright due to several window sections facing south and west. The furniture is well-kept, according to the style of the house. From the living room you have access to the open terrace. Here you can relax in private on the 5000 m² large plot surrounded by plantings. There are swings and sandpit for the children.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
